Situated a few minutes' drive from Cotanchobee Fort Brooke Waterfront Park, this Tampa property is near convention centres. Sports fans can also visit Ice Palace, merely 0.9 km from the hotel, and take their families to the Top-5 Kid-Friendly Florida Aquarium, which is only 1.5 km away. The accommodation is centrally located in Tampa only a few metres from Tampa Convention Center. The Westin Tampa Waterside Hotel is near a port and Channelside bus stop is a mere 10 minutes' walk away.

The Westin in Tampa proved to be a practical choice for our corporate retreat. The hotel's convenient location near Downtown allowed easy access to the vibrant Riverwalk and various dining options, making post-meeting outings enjoyable. We utilized one of the 13 meeting rooms, which was equipped seamlessly for our needs. Wi-Fi in rooms was reliable, facilitating efficient remote work during our stay. The bar/lounge area offered a conducive environment for informal team discussions, though I found the closing time at 11:45 PM somewhat limiting. While I appreciated the $50 refund for a pre-checkout inconvenience, the breakfast cost felt excessive at $25 per person. The amenities such as express check-in, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center reflect the hotel’s suitability for business travelers. I would consider staying here again.
